Haidilao Hot Pot Bellevue offers a full-service dining experience centered around traditional Chinese hot pot with a modern, comfortable twist. Located in Bellevue’s bustling 106th Avenue NE corridor, this spot delivers a lively yet organized atmosphere where communal dining is the focus. The layout with booths and tables equipped with individual hot pots immediately sets the tone for a social meal that’s casual but thoughtfully arranged.

What stands out here is not just the variety of fresh ingredients—ranging from marinated lamb and wagyu beef to handmade noodles and fresh seafood—but also the attentive service that accompanies the meal. It’s common for staff to go beyond basic hospitality; you might find them offering snacks, drinks, hair ties, and aprons, which adds a layer of care that many diners appreciate. This is especially noticeable during busier hours or even late at night, where the staff maintain friendliness and attentiveness without feeling rushed.

The broths lean toward rich, deeply flavored bases like the tomato soup, which many locals find perfect for cooking the premium meats and delicate seafood. The side dishes and condiments add variety and keep the cooking experience interactive and customized. For those coming late in the evening, there’s also a reasonable discount after 9:30 PM that attracts night owls looking for a hearty and satisfying meal close to midnight.

This spot is ideal for groups that enjoy sharing and customizing their meal, whether family gatherings, young professionals catching up, or those looking for a casual late-night eat. The combination of fresh ingredients, well-maintained facilities, and above-average service creates an inviting place that fits well into Bellevue’s dining scene, especially for those who appreciate authentic hot pot with a reliable, polished twist.

Had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao! The service was outstanding—staff were attentive from the moment we walked in. They offered snacks, drinks, and even provided hair ties and aprons. The ingredients were fresh, and the tomato soup base was rich and flavorful. The shrimp paste and beef were especially good. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable meal. Definitely worth recommending! xiaomei best server.

Amazing experience at Haidilao Hot Pot! The food quality was great, fresh meats, vegetables, and flavorful broths. The service was friendly and thoughtful throughout the meal. Everything was clean and well-organized. Definitely one of the best hot pot experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I came to Haidilao late on Christmas night, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Even during the holiday and at such a late hour, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and patient throughout the entire meal. Our server Yilin was super sweet and cheerful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She took the time to introduce the different soup bases, helped us choose the best options, and were always quick to refill the broth and check if we needed anything. The food was delicious and very fresh, exactly what you’d expect from Haidilao. Overall, it was a warm and comforting meal on Christmas night. Amazing service and great food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here during meat o’clock past 9PM. It is the best deal ever!! All you can eat meat and the broth is so flavorful and amazing. My server (XiaoMei) was so efficient and accommodating. She explained how to order on the IPAD and it was a very smooth experience.

Great place for late night dinner! Also 31% off if you come after 9:30pm, and they open until midnight. The side dishes are all you can eat and TBH I can even get fed a good meal just by consuming those (that is how good they are). Decent hotpot for decent price, some of the well-known dishes like the baby seaweed is a must order. We ordered quite a lot for two people today but no worries you can always bring them home. Also their service is great. Amanda was serving us tonight and was very attentive and did a great job in packing our takeouts. Will definitely come again!

Disappointing Experience at Haidilao Hot Pot* My friends and I recently took our kids to try a new place Haidilao Hot Pot and, unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. We made reservations and the atmosphere was lively, service was great, but that's where the positives end. We ordered both spicy and non-spicy broth, but the spicy one was a huge mistake. I specifically asked for zero numbness, but it still packed a ton of heat. Our server was super kind and tried to help by pouring water and additional broth to tone it down, but it was still way too spicy for us. What's weird is, I'm a spicy food lover and can usually handle some heat, but this was just too much. My tongue was numbed, and it wasn't just the initial burn - it lingered. The kids' Tom Yum broth was good, though - spicy level three was perfect for them. The white broth or non-spicy broth seems like a better bet. On the bright side, our server was great and tried to make it work. And, bonus, they threw in free ice cream, which was a nice touch after the spicy chaos. The real flavor savior was the sauce and salad bar ($3.99 per person, FYI), where I made a killer sauce that actually made the meal enjoyable. Overall, I'm disappointed. For the price, I'd rather go to a hot pot place in Chinatown or a dollar shop - you get more bang for your buck. Maybe I'll try them again if they fix the spicy broth issue...

Wonderful hot pot! We came for lunch and did the meat o clock. Quality of the beef was the best I've ever had (Angus short plate). Great first experience here; we got the mushroom and spicy broth. Added on à la carte veggies which is great for picky people like us who prefers that over a set. Exceptional service and very helpful for ordering for our first time. My new favorite hot pot! We will be coming back soon
